PASS4FL: A Study Portal for Florida Healthcare Board Exam Preparation

PASS4FL is an interactive study portal designed to help healthcare professionals prepare for licensure exams in a more structured and practical way.

It is intended for professionals such as PTAs, PTs, OTs, nurses, and SLPs who are preparing for required board exams and want a study format that feels more active than reading through pages of material alone.

The portal is launching with Florida Jurisprudence Exam preparation for PTAs, and additional board exam modules are planned.

Many study materials for laws and rules exams are text-heavy and static. PASS4FL was created as an alternative that allows users to work through questions, receive feedback, and focus on the areas that need more review.

Personalized for Your Profession

When signing up, users select their profession, such as PT, PTA, OTR, COTA, Nurse, or SLP. The platform then presents content that is relevant to that profession, making the study experience more focused and reducing material that may not apply to a specific license.

Flexible Study Options

PASS4FL includes two study options:

• Study Mode: Provides a short description before each question and allows users to answer questions and receive immediate feedback, along with an explanation of the concept behind the answer. This format is useful for learning and gradual review.
• Exam Mode: Designed to feel more like a testing environment. It does not provide hints, which helps users practice under conditions that are closer to the actual exam experience.

Track Your Progress

The platform also includes progress tracking. If a user stops in the middle of a module, their place is saved automatically. A personal dashboard shows information such as accuracy score and overall progress, making it easier to monitor improvement over time.

PASS4FL is also designed with phone use in mind, so users can review questions from their device in short study sessions throughout the day without inconvenience.
